Feedback:
The three sales associates that came into our office today to promote the odor eliminating products were very rude, snarky, and unpleasant to talk with. They pushed their product (rudly) and made it look bad due to their nasty attitude. We were very busy at the time and were dealing with very sick clients and as well a euthanasia (we are an animal clinic). These ladies pushed and pushed until our office manager had to be blunt with them that we didn't have the time for a demo and didn't personally want a demo until we knew the product was safe for animals (which they insisted was but did not want to show proof). Nothing against Arrow-Magnolia as a whole but I have worked in customer service for many years now and would never talk to someone with such stuck up, snarky, and rude tones to try and get them to purchase a product of mine. A little bit of kindness goes a long way.
