I decided to book at this Tenspot location for my sister's bachelorette party as I wanted our first gel manis to be at a place that was clean and had great google reviews. There was definitely a clean feel to the place and very well ventilated as I wasn't able to smell any polish fumes. The staff were all very friendly, polite and smiled. We loved that they offered us drinks! We didn't feel rushed choosing our colours, and they even accommodated for one of our party members who was late as she accidentally went to another location. I decided to write this review a couple weeks after the gel mani to see if it would last. I was careful for the first few days and realized it didn't chip as easily as I thought. I'm impressed that the polish is still shiny with only slight chipping after 2 weeks, all thanks to my nail tech who was so attentive to detail. One of our other friends even went a few days later with her mom for gel manis because of our recommendation. I'm unsure what happened with the gel mani for one of our party members as her gel mani chipped the next day, which was a bummer because the rest of us had a great experience. She felt her nail tech rushed in the polish and didn't seal the tips of her nails. She ended up going somewhere else to get a new gel mani as she didn't want to go back to Tenspot to get it fixed.I felt pampered by the staff at this Tenspot and I would definitely go back for more manis if I have any special occasions to get dolled up for!!
