The staff were amazing! They were extremely helpful and informative it was so much nicer than waiting 59 minutes for my other provider to hang up They may not have the cheapest on individual items but I love the ‘meal deal’ approach so by switching ALL services I got cheaper overall and FREE LED lightbulbs throughout my house last month I paid no bill as I got Cashback from all of my shopping and paying for my holidays plus some new clothes

On the whole UW is pretty good,,,there are a few shortcomings however.The broadband is quite good speed but not with the router they provide! Use it just in the modem mode with a quality router and it’s fine, like most, it relies on BT lines so locale is everything.The main drawback is availability of support out of office hours,,,there is none! Phone answering time can be frustrating.The cashback card is great and you can really make it pay ,,both in store and online.

Easy to get through to someone when you call. I like having my utility bills under one umbrella. The Cash Back card is great and the discounts apply to the stores I use.

Stay away! They will not deliver what they promise and they will be more expensive than most providers. I have just come out of a call with their support team, and it's taken me an hour for them to say "there is nothing I can do, you can file a lawsuit if you want". My complaint? Their sales rep missold me about several items, like the smartmeter (which never arrived), the light bulbs (which are much more expensive then buying from Tesco), their mobile coverage (which is worst then all other providers, including Giffgaff) and ther terms about moving houses. If you have self-respect, don't sign with them. That is my review.

Signed up with this company for Gas Electric Broadband rewards etc, did my research on how bad the reviews were so changed my mind within my cooling off period. Letter sent with tracking showing delivered yet company still proceeded to change everything over too them. I am now in the process of taking this further.

Can't stop the bills despite having contacted customer services multiple times. Phone is disconnected and house rented out guys. Just stop billing us!
