I don’t know what has happened to this place in the last few months. Visited for dinner on a Thursday and it was seriously understaffed - our waitress was clearly overburdened and was not attentive. Took over an hour to get our food and our fries/chips were cold and undercooked. Paid 70$ for two beers and two burgers that were good, but soaked in grease and not great. It’s too bad because it used to be a go-to spot for its gluten-free items and sensitivity to allergies, really disappointing.

Never been disappointed by a visit here, the food has been great, the servers have been awesome and the atmosphere is always great. I highly recommend the man cave burgers.

For the price I think there are far better options. BUrger was good but nothing truly to rave about. Would come back but normally not in the mood to spend $20 on a burger and fries.

Really unique design and atmosphere, nice area for the restaurant; uptown Waterloo. Excellent service and amazing juicy burgers, giant selection, including burgers for vegetarians and vegans. Decent prices for the portion sizes. I'd definitely recommend this place!

Great burgers, with vegan and vegetarian options. I wish they had more veggie burgers available other than the beyond meat burger. They also put straws immediately in the drinks, so if you're bringing your own, remeber to ask not to have one put in your drink.
