We booked a fortnightly service. Initially I believed the service was quite good, but it quickly declined, with the cleaners leaving corners and skirting boards of every room literally untouched. On top of that I was very disappointed with their customer service in terms of booking. When we first signed up with them I specified I require them to come in the morning, as my toddler son sleeps from 1 pm. They seemed unable to give us the same or similar time slot and a couple of weeks ago sent us a booking email for 1 pm. I promptly emailed them stating we agreed morning times, they offered a later time as the only option and then arrived 40 minutes late, with no apology or explanation from the team and no reaction to my email from their boss. This week I've yet again received a booking email for 1 pm so I am promptly cancelling the services of this company and looking for a better cleaning service.
