Found dents on the bottom panels of both garage doors right after they installed my garage door opener. I called to ask them to fix it, assuming it was an honest mistake. They sent out a sales guy who said they would not fix it because they had no evidence it happened during the installation of the opener. They said it was a he said/she said situation and they were not going to believe me over their guys. (Their guys admitted dents existed but claimed they were already there. However, they did not point anything out to us at the start of their installation.) They said that, although it would be easy for them to fix it, they wouldn't on principle. Now I have to find another company to get my garage doors fixed.
