We order delivery from here fairly often because of the vegetarian options. Last time, the order was canceled without explanation. We ordered again today and were called an hour later, when the food was supposed to have arrived, telling us that they do not have an appetizer we each got. I mentioned (calmly) that this had happened the last two times we ordered with the same item, and asked if it was still on the menu. The lady who called was extremely sassy and said she can’t control timing and that “at least she called” because the restaurant had wanted to just send the order missing items, without notification. Then she said it was on us to notify the delivery service that they were out of the item again to seek refund and hung up. All around unprofessional and rude service. There are too many food options in the area for that to be good for business.
