Feedback:
I went today for car inspection. I was told my car wouldn’t pass because my battery had to be jumped off the night before. And after a dead battery it wipes out computer info and has to be driven 20-30 to reset. Ok no problem. The problem was when I was told that when a battery is drained that it damages the battery cell and it has to be replaced or you risk being stranded. It can damage the cell but not necessarily.I drove the car the 25 miles, got them to finish my inspection. I then took my battery to O’Reilly Auto parts for testing. It not only tested as a good battery, but did not even need charging.I gave two stars instead of one because the place is clean. Better service would be provided if problems were explained and multiple options given.
