This review is regarding corporate activity located at this address.--After struggling trying to place an order online (site needs work) and applying a coupon and then receiving poor service at my local Togo's relating to the online malfunction, I contacted the corporate office via the e-mail channels on their site. My first e--mail was not replied to. I sent a second e-mail thru a different channel on their site. I received a reply with a less-than-adequate resolution and nothing addressing the experience I had at the Togo's location. I replied to that e-mail and received no further replies. That's how a complaint gets handled?! Clearly Togo's central is reluctant to invest resources resolving issues occurring at their retail outlets and gives priority to franchise holders over their customers' satisfaction. So much for living up to CEO Glenn Lunde's business philosophy of "The most important relationships are with our . . .guests. . . " -- Hmmm, since he's the CEO, maybe he's in a position to see that improvement is made in this area?
