After having a less than pleasant experience, Jerry was certain that he had a better mousetrap in Top Ten Percent (TTP). He felt demanding a business to lower its price to a level that is not sustainable is not only bad for the business, its a disservice to the customer as well. Businesses cannot continue to offer superior customer service while operating at a loss.
In addition, requiring customers to pay for products or services prior to actually wanting or needing them, creates a lot of unnecessary risk for the customer. Many customers even forget that they made the purchase and the offer eventually expires.

Overall Feedback:
This is a company on the cutting edge of mobile marketing. The Franchisor does a very good job with training and then takes the time to answer questions and find ways to help franchisees to succeed. He find successful opportunities and shares them and encourages all franchisees to do the same. If you find something that you thinks works or maybe works better than what we are doing the Franchisor is interested in hearing about it and will test it out and roll it out. A great company and a great person to work with.
