Unprofessional customer service! The manager Matt who works at the Hilton Hotel in Cleveland, Ohio is very unprofessional and is clueless when it comes to dealing with the public. He is about to get Townepark a lawsuit for unlawful conduct.

DO NOT USE THEM EVER !!!!!! I used their Vallet service at the Omni Hotel in Richmond, VA. Their valet could not drive stick shift and kept stalling in my car, then on the next day when i had my car brought up to me, it came with a damaged window. I instantly filled a claim and they denied it saying that they could not find evidence that their valet damaged the window. You are better off parking your car on your own as opposed to using this sub-par valet service with below mediocre customer service and even worse management team.

Bad place to work. Management does not care or communicate with employees. They tell you $11-12 an hour, not true. Does not hire within. They go outside to hire managers, instead of promoting a GSC. Being a GSC is not beneficial. They say no overtime, but allow certain employees to work overtime. HR is terrible, non responsive. No morale at all, just do the work.

This company cares nothing about their customers at all. My car was damaged and the valet personnel tried to ignore it in hopes that wouldn't notice. Thank God I noticed before even pulling off and addressed it. When then, they refused to do the minimum. And I was dealing with a manager John/Jack Turner! Long story short, any company using these people as a vendor will never get my business. Disgusting service: more like company service not customer service.

Gabriel Ramirez is a nasty person my sister was in her death bed in december this past year and i asked for some to of leave. Today i get an email and then i call him to discuss because he gave me an ultimatum to show up at a specific time shirt notice and when i spoke to him over the phone he had the audacity to even say that he did not care what happen to me with my sister. Horrible company to work for...Plenty of promises they couldn't keep...Lied about the pay rate...Co-workers Would often damage cars on purpose to rude customers.

Damaged my 2018 Mercedes-Benz AMG GLE's wheel. No contact from them whatsoever after leaving several voicemails + emails + leaving messages for the director of claims.Edit: Finally reimbursed for my wheel damage via money order, but took several phone calls + emails + using social media to get action to be taken.
