TOTAL SCAM!!! After reading the review about the customer who got scammed I checked my account and noticed a charge for $120 in December that was never returned. I didn't even win anything! I never got an email or call to let me know anything about this either. I tried calling and emailing but no one answers. If you ever placed a bid on anything here, check your bank statement!REPLY: I called AND emailed you with no reply. RBC said they are not holding anything and I was charged $120 by you. Very convenient that you don't have any record of my payment so you're saying you don't owe me my money back. The bank has the record of it and I'll be getting the charge reversed if you won't refund my money. The only reason you have that rating on BBB is because you have NO rating. I'll be filing a BBB complaint and I'm sure others will to so you're rating will be dented soon enough. I'm also sure you won't be in business much longer once people realize the SCAM you're pulling.
