Overall Feedback:
Let me start out by saying, I have never seen a bigger internal turnover in any company that I have seen at TRC. They are consistently letting go of good talent or the talent is leaving the company due to tremendous amount of stress and lack of communication. They like to operate quote on quote "lean". The amount of pressure one individual goes through at this place is beyond tolerable. Someone should really check the climate of this place. No wonder they are losing all the good employees. Management feels like they can express their personal feelings out loud about former employees to where it feels like they will do the same with you if you decide to leave. Very poor professional culture. I don't blame their employees wanting to leave.
