I used Truly Nolen for Pest Control service for 15 years until I started receiving monthly bills sent to me even though I pre-paid annually. I have copies of each bill they mailed me as proof. Each time I'd speak to a manager who promised me the problem would be fixed the next month. That manager (i.e. David & Anthony) would then tell me they didn't know how or why it was happening. Well I have all the bills you sent me and it was frustrating to keep having to call your office each month. If I was 80 years old I might have paid your erroneous bills each time forgetting that I pre-paid annually for quarterly pest service. You may want to invest in better billing technology before you lose more clients like myself.
