Absolutely horrible slumlords. Lived in a TSG managed place for 3 years. They never respond in a timely manner to requests. We had to literally to move out for an entire week due to having no a/c in the middle of summer. Every request took at least a week for a response. No one is ever in the office and getting someone on the phone is almost impossible. Our garage door was stuck open and they did not respond so we shelled out $350 to repair it. They refused to refund us even though we told them we could not leave the garage door open for the entire 4 days it took for them to call us back. Did the final walkthrough and a pre-final walkthrough and everything was satisfactory. Was told there was no need to repaint a wall. Now it is being taken out of our deposit. DO NOT RENT FROM TSG. They owe us hundreds of dollars in fees and hotel rooms.
