I requested a deep clean for my home and had 2 people come out do some basic cleaning, if even that. The windows were not done, oven was not done, mopping was kind of done, and the counters were all wiped down - but nothing was moved. It was basically just a wipe around these things attempt at making it look clean. No dusting was done either. Baseboards and doors were also suppose to be included. I called and complained as soon as they left about the things that were not done. 2 more people were sent out 2 days later to “finish” the job. The only difference made was that the oven was cleaned and MOST of the windows were done. If a company does not offer a deep cleaning service, or the training for a deep cleaning service, then it should not be an option.
