What a great experience! My husband broke his auxiliary cord off in his phone and we were having such a hard time getting it out. Went in to see what they could do and they fixed it with no problem! Very impressed with the friendly staff and hassle free service. Highly recommend this location!

I went into the SODO store off Orange Ave. Richard helped me. I was having issues hearing through my ear piece on my phone and was constantly having to use speak to hear anyone on calls. I was expecting to have to pay for a replacement speaker, but Richard took it in back, checked it out and cleaned the speaker up. 10 minutes later I was on my way without an expensive repair. Thanks Richard!!!

The customer service at this location is amazing! Brad went above and beyond when it came to repairing my iPhone. I was working a double at the restaurant down the way and Brad offered to drop the phone off to me after the repair instead of me waiting to go on break or after my shift. He was very helpful and extremely generous! If I ever need a repair again (which knowing me, I 100% will), I’ll be coming back to this location.
