Overall Feedback:
Hired this company to clean my office and an am less than satisfied. We did a walk through with a rep explaining our requirements as well as relayed them over the phone during our initial contact with the company. After scheduling our first service I returned to the office to see that only the garbage had been taken out an no other cleaning had been done. I called and spoke with two managers and was told there was nothing to be done and we would still have to pay for the session. I asked why the cleaner neglected to complete the work order and the manager informed me that he did no know and he would not look into the issue. At this time we informed the manager that we would be discontinuing our service and he just said “OK fine”. I’m not sure how a business could be around for 41 years with this type of customer service but none the less here we are. Needless to say I would not recommend anyone use this company.
