Overall Feedback:

Do not let this fox into your hen house. They will perform mental and moral gymnastics to attempt justifying charging you for "assumed future benefits". Their salesmen will flat out lie to you, as will the support staff.There are several efficiency and cost management companies out there, some of which are upstanding and trustworthy, this is far from one of them.
