Amazing company, my rep took extra time to explain pricing to me simply and in a way I could understand. They ended up saving me 40,000 dollars a year I cant imagine processing with anyone else.

They have my bank details and keep withdrawing money from my bank account even though i’m not their customer anymore. They charged me over $1,000 in cancellation fees even though I have an email from Lauren stating that there would be no cancellation fees. I have to actually go through the headache of disputing their charges. When I called them they said that the $1,000 also includes “equipment charges.” I didn’t understand this since I already sent the equipment a while ago. A few days later I got the equipment back in the mail with a note saying that it was sent to the right address but the “wrong department” and that they’re not accepting the equipment anymore, and that I have to pay for the equipment. Don’t trust these people, they will lie straight to your face.
