Horrible customer service. Nobody smiles. Meals are much smaller than Amir, Adonis and others for the same price. Had to pay 1 dollar for extra garlic sauce. So disappointed!

I used to go this place before.I am not sure what happend recently, but there are two brothers who work there all the time (two similar looking males).First of all they need to learn customer service and how to talk to customers.Secondly is that they are very stingy with the food.I have simply stopped going there for those two guys.

Ordered two shish taouks plates Friday evening (18h30) that were absolutely disgusting. Salad / potatoes had sand in them (did they even wash them ?) and the chicken was dry like the desert. They left some skin in there too - it was burned solid and horrible. The beets were not fresh either. The whole place smelled bad - of dirty cleaning water and the guy behind the counter seemed high. What a nightmare! Was starving so we ate about a quarter of the plate and then trashed the rest. We'll never be back!

Ordered 2 plates of kefta and a shish taouk for takeout. The keftas are completely uncooked that we need to cook it at home. The shish taouk was filled with leftover rotten lettuce. The owner/chef does not care. Would not recommend this resto.

I visited on couple of occasions and the place is super neat and spotless. A gentleman served a shish taouk plate and it was divine. High thumbs up.. Suggestion: the place deserves higher rating than 3.3. You can advise customers once they pay for their food to give their rating and comments here. .. you'd survey your customers to find out what they like and what pointers they'd give to improve their experience. You can slip in a business card with Google link to the review page, or simply enter the details on the receipt. Thanks and keep up the great work!
