First rate company. They have provided pool maintenance and repair services to our HOA for over 3 years. Very consistent service. Knowledgable repairs. When there is an occasional issue, the management team works quickly to come up with an appropriate solution.

This company in the state of NV is horrible bad customer service, very unreliable, when you finally get a hold of someone most of the time they are very rude especially the so called boss dude named Jeff this guy is a JOKE they will over price you on every little thing they can. I would never go with this company again there are way better pool companies in Vegas who actually care about their costumers and treat them with respect.

Vivo Pools has been cleaning my pool in North Hollywood for almost 5 years. I can honestly say... this company provides the best service I have ever had when it comes to my pool. My guy... Richard Figueroa is awesome. I have had disastrous experiences in the past..., I have had pool companies turn my pool GREEN! I am never leaving Vivo. I recommend them to everyone.
