The lobster cooking class was by far the worst cooking class I have ever had.The lobster was undercooked- and at one point the chef recommended microwaving it. We got little to no lobster on the buffet style serving for an $80 class. Severely dissatisfied.It was a single plate dish that didn’t live up to the expectations. We didn’t even get a whole tail.
