Purchased some product from them and found out one of there customer service people went on vacation and never followed thru with the shipment. She return I called and asked to expedite the shipment and they told me they couldn’t it would cost to much, which I would have to pay. Nice way to hang on to a customer Von Schrader.

Bought several machines from this company none of which lasted longer than a few years. Last machine lasted two years to the month the engine seized up. Replaced the engine, lasted 30 days and they wouldn’t warrantee it. Proceed at your own risk!
