Don't believe on the reviews from employees working in this company...Bcz there is 1 senior she doesn't have any manners... she takes everyones personal mob without any permission n post the good review from their account.....I worked at waays & solution for 3 months...Salary delays is normal here....n there is no communication from the senior management abt such delays..Two faced seniors.. Whatever they promise you, they forget after some time....My advice is do not join this company there is no career growth....Bt if u want to join this firm i suggest u before joining or leaving take everything on paper.... cz once u leave the firm they will not provide ur salary before 2 months...

The company is not Fake but the procedure of selection is too long i am running franchise of waays & solutions in Delhi from july 2016 but they not supported me and my Rs200000 block in this company so advice from my side please dont take any kind of franchise from waays & solutions
