Best place to work at
Feedback:
Our visit to Wagn Tails was first-class! John have us an excellent introduction to the company and their concept for the mobile grooming experience. The tour from raw products to finished vans was informative, and our questions were readily answered. We left with a strong base from which to work going forward. Everyone we encountered was friendly, and it was clear the entire staff were very invested in the process. I recommended Wagn Tails to anyone looking at a mobile grooming van for their business!

My brother had a good job there

I love my van! They are so thoughtful and thorough with their layout. Working with their staff was easy. They picked me up from the airport, on time, got a tour of the facility and a walkthrough of my van's functionality. A great experience all around.

Great people.

I drive up to this place from the East Coast twice a year to upgrade our mobile grooming van and they always treat me like royalty. If you have any doubts as to how good they are, take one look at their showroom and ask about their international customers. Highly recommended.

My experience working with Wag’n Tails Mobile Conversions has been hit or miss. I’d like to start with my initial engagements with staff. When I first started communicating with the staff members they were extremely helpful. They were very excited about talking about how I could custom build a brand new conversion. Once I settled on a used vehicle, the amount of interaction between the staff and I drastically decreased. It makes me wonder if I would’ve been treated better had I purchased a new vehicle. Once we began the paperwork, my bank got very involved in the process. Which I was very grateful for because there’s no need for a middleman. I was on the phone numerous times a day with my bank and the dealership and we had very transparent communication. I was offered a warranty on the vehicle which I declined. I left a message for the sales rep stating that we would not be purchasing the warranty and he did not listen to it prior to speaking with the bank about my decision to decline the warranty. After speaking with the bank, the sales rep called me and was angry with me and told me “it should be you making these decisions. I shouldn’t be getting this information from your bank” I explained that I left a message and the tone of the sales rep did not change. That day, I should have backed out from the sale. Upon picking up my vehicle, I showed up 30 min early. I’m always early. It’s how I operate. Well, the gentleman who was finishing up my paperwork made it known to me how I was early and how much of an inconvenience it was. I felt so unwelcome. I sat in a room with a big table and he’s rushing around telling me that he wasn’t expecting me for another 30 min. What do you do in that situation? So I apologized for being early.... how stupid to apologize for showing up 30 min early after purchasing a 70+ thousand dollar vehicle... Everything with the walk through of the vehicle went fine. I get home and my husband starts looking at the van. The first thing he notices is there is no spare tire. The next thing we notice, is that the vacuum does not work. So we go out and buy a new vacuum. Another $150 spent after purchasing a vehicle where the vacuum SHOULD have worked! We plug the vacuum in and the hose inside the van still does not suction. So we take apart the hose and it is completely impacted with dog fur. The fur was so hard it had the ridges from the hose. We took pictures of all the funk and we sent an email about these two items. Initially, I am told they will UPS me a spare tire. Then I get another email stating they are sorry but the vehicle didn’t have a spare tire so I will not be getting one. This told me 2 things about Wag’n Tails. 1. They just want their money. And 2. They have absolutely no concern for their customers who are driving these vehicles thousands of miles home upon purchase. They forwarded my issue with the vacuum to their service department and I never even received an apology or a resolution for that issue. I guess I would have expected better from Wag’n Tails being they are 1 of 2 major conversion businesses. Very disappointing. I regret using Wag’n Tails Mobile Conversions.
