The staff is fantastic every time. We’ve gone in when our dog was sick and not eating and they helped find bland options he might be willing to try. They ran out of birthday cakes on our dogs gotcha day so they took the time to decorate a cake for us anyway. They always go above and beyond.

My dogs loved the exotic treat selection here. Salmon skins, and duck heads are their favorite and they're hard to come by. They have them here and I purchased a surplus, not being from around here. Definitely going to make this place a regular stop.

Just moved to the Springs and our Golden Retriever was in desperate need of a bath and grooming. The staff was great, they did a super job of grooming, the pricing was reasonable (same price as the small Midwest town we moved from), and they have what looks to be a good rewards program. What’s not to like?! We’ll be back
