My AC went out and was blowing out hot air, I looked up places and found this place cuz it had better reviews than other places. I schedule an appointment for an AC check and they we're done about an hour later. They gave me a list of repairs needed and I was worried about the cost. But I was like "if this will get my AC working, I'll save up" I saved up and returned about two weeks later for those repairs as well as an oil change. I drop my car off, they told me the wait would be 2hrs. I walk across the street to a coffee place to kill time, wait 2.5hrs, they call and say they were unable to do those repairs and that I needed a new compressor! I was frustrated and wondered they couldn't figure that out the first time I came for an AC check? So they said they'll call me the following Monday on prices. Monday comes, no call! Tuesday comes, no call! So I decide to call myself and I believe I spoke to Scott, I asked for a manager and he said they were on vacation in Florida. So I explained my frustrations to him and he put me on hold to look up prices. He mentioned there's only 2 people in the shop working and that they were very busy, understandable! He gave me a price of 920 to replace it and didn't sound like they wanted to do the work at all, I truly believe they gave me that price to scare me off because I looked elsewhere and got it done for ALOT cheaper. Maybe they were just understaffed and stressed, but I will not be a returning customer due to this experience.
