These apartment look super swank and all, great views i bet. But who can afford these anyways. And i thought the city didn't want to develope riverfront. There were proposals to have Riverboat Casino there. City didnt want to develope riverfront.So they built casino in Mulvane. Then build apartments no one can afford. And theres always a dozen or so homeless persons living under 2nd street bridge right next door. Nice wichita!!!! Joey G.
