Went to Wing Nutz Sat Sep 14 and waited for well over an hour for our dinner. Finally went and asked the manager about it who told me they were backed up with call-in orders -- while we and everybody else there waited for ours. Upon checking further, it turned out that our server had forgotten to enter our order in the computer, even after we had asked her about it ! We finally just left, never having gotten our dinner, and we're never going back.

I should start by saying I hate chicken. That being said, this place makes great chicken. Plus they offer some puckerbutt hot sauce to get your attention. Will be returning.

Been here about a thousand times and it seriously never gets any better. The waitresses have no training, they forget your order, or the cook just doesn’t know what he’s doing, it’s unclear. Almost every time the order is done incorrectly, and their staff has bad attitudes when you express an issue. A waitress was taking our order and literally walked away in the middle of us talking to deliver someone else’s food? Terrible service, decent food... if they can get the order right.

Cool environment. Great pub food. Instead of breaded fried nasty wings, they've got boneless wings that's just grilled breast meat slathered in the sauce of your choice. (Highly recommend the Jalapeno BBQ). The nachos are fantastic too.
