Great experience with Woodside purchasing a 1996 Corvette Grand Sport. Our rep, Zelda Perez was exceptionally professional and personable, not to mention patient--taking the time to answer my numerous questions thoroughly. Rates, terms were very competitive, and the pre-approval process was easy and fast, allowing us to shop multiple sellers across several States. Will definitely do business with them again!

I took out a loan with this company over a year ago. They can’t seem to find the title to my vehicle; I even went to the DMV twice to help them and have the title made the way they asked for it. Is Woodside a lender? The emails they have sent me have been rude and threatening. They act like it’s my problem that they can’t get their act together. Calling a customer over a year later to ask if they have a title? I have made all payments on time and in excess of the payment amount. I would not do business with this company again . If you can find another lender, do not use Woodside. Unprofessional & rude.

I recently purchased a Bentley Continental GCT from Royal Carriage in Las Vegas NV. The dealer recommended financing through Woodside Credit. Woodside handled the transaction expeditiously and responded quickly to any questions I presented to them and Scott was quick to let me know another prospective acquisition could be worked in to my budget. He also reassured me of the integrity of the dealer from whom I purchased the Bentley. I recommend viewing the review for Royal Carriage. Woodside and Royal Carriage are the people who turn wishes in to realities. Thanks guys, I'll be back.

Woodside credit is the most incompetent business I have ever dealt with. Stay away from Alex Ramon and Brook Parez. The customer service is awful, had I not called every single week, nothing would have happened. Stay clear!!!

I have worked in the financial industry for 20+ years and have never seen a lender handle the review and decision process the way Woodside does. They are convenient, that is the only positive feedback I can give. You can get a crappy rate based on an "average" score and they will fund your account quickly. But if you want a FAIR assessment using your ACTUAL credit score with a REASONABLE rate. I recommend going elsewhere. They quoted me a 7.5% rate and I declined. Within an hour I received an approval at a 4.65% from SunTrust. Woodside's lowest rate with PERFECT credit is 6.75. The next day they sent me a DECLINE letter stating their reason for declining me.. They approved me, I walked. All I can say is "WOW"!
