Loved coming here but I had to leave for the Air Force, great atmosphere and excellent well maintained equipment. Always had a friendly staff and the manager Bart runs the gym extremely well, cancellation process was quick and easy. Wish you all the best !

Came from out of town because I needed to workout and burn off calories, and I found this place convenient, clean, and efficient. Excellent weight selection, plenty of machines, and plenty of treadmills.

This has potential to be a very nice facility. However, their customer service is terrible. I had a family emergency and funds became very tight. I contacted the office by phone at least 5 times and in person 3 times to see if there was any way I could cancel or postpone my membership. I was met with immediate disgust and no help. No one would give me a number for the manager. They instead said they would leave a message for him and I never received an answer. No one would give me the time of day or even talk to me about options. Instead they threatened to send me to collections (even though I was still paying on time) I'm incredibly offended that no one would talk to me about my options. So. If you get a membership here, make sure no deaths or medical emergencies happen to you.

I was from out of town and needed to get a workout in. The staff was SO nice and helpful! Gym was very clean and tidy. I visit Atlanta often, so this will be my go-to gym.

I signed up user silver sneakers and they person working the front was slow. The manager was even worst! He gave me a hard time about signing up and then said “if this doesn’t work, oh well! I dont know what to tell you.” Basically because I wasn’t new business, he wanted to be rude and I’m sure he agreed to the terms of gaining silver sneakers customers. I refuse to spend a extra dime there. You pay for what you get.

I signed up for a membership that they advertised as nine dollars a month and they did not signed me up for what they were advertising outside. I checked my bank statement one time and there was a charge from them for $40 and they said it was some type of membership fee that they did not inform me of the pond me signing up for my membership. I check my bank statement again and saw I was being charged $15 a month versus the nine dollars a month I signed up for that they were advertising outside. When I called to inquire he told me I did not sign up for what they were advertising outside even though I came in and told them I wanted what they were advertising on the billboard outside and he still signed me up for a $15 a month package. When I told him I wanted to cancel my membership he lacked customer service and didnt even try to keep a client. He took his extra $15 from me for next month and sent me on my way without even a thank you four your business. I would not recommend this gym due to lack of equiment, false advertisement, and bad customer service. I feel like they took my money and didnt appreciate my business. I have only had my membership for 2 months and they have already taken $100+ from me. LA fitness can have my money anyday after this experience.

LIES OR INCOMPETENCE! I had been a member of Workout Anytime back in the Summer of 2016. I was moving to another state, so I went into Workout Anytime at Georgetown Square to cancel my membership. The young man at the front desk did some work on the computer, and said he canceled it. That was August 2016. There were no charges on my credit card in September. In October of 2016, they began charging me again. I did not notice until December of 2017 (stupid on my part).***UPDATE***After talking to ABC Financial, the billing agency Workout Anytime Dunwoody uses, I was told that Workout Anytime did not actually cancel my membership in August of 2016! I nice lady named, "Makeena" at ABC Financial said that the gym had "zeroed out" my bill for September and October and then kept on charging me. So Workout Anytime either lied to me or was incompetent enough to "zero out" two bills and not cancel my membership. The latter seems unlikely.DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!
