Was accidentally charged a wrong fee after a long sign-up process. I then had to follow up multiple times to resolve this issue and the store told me repeatedly to talk to corporate, who didn't solve the problem until I contacted them for a second time. Then, they said they would refund the fee. They did not. They refunded a partial amount. Apparently you have to watch your money and do their job to make sure your money is taken out correctly.
