I really hope that this company gets some better customer service representatives . I called in the first time to get some basic information and Had to call back to speak to someone else. the first customer service representative was very rude and unhelpful. Being a business owner myself I know that customer service is everything. Your customer service is sometimes the first impression of your company. So I really hope they get that straightened out.
