I recently purchased an 8.4 kW SunPower system from Yes, and I couldn't be happier. Throughout the entire process they were communicative and friendly. They did a top-notch job installing my panels, and their followup afterward (giving me a booklet that acts as a manual for the system, letting me know the procedure I should follow during hurricanes, etc.) has made me very glad I went with this local company. I can't recommend them enough!

Yes Solar did a overall great job. The professionalism and communications were great. Stew and Bryce were very nice and helpful with any issues. However, Yes Solar contracted out our install to another installer and we were a bit disappointed in this. We were going into this fully expecting Yes Solar to perform the install. While the contractor may have been held to the same standards as Yes Solars own installers it didn't quite reflect what was to be expected. There were some mistakes made but they were corrected. Overall I can recommend Yes Solar to anyone looking for a system.

Finally my dream has come true! And thanks to the great folks at YES, I was comfortable with all phases of the installation, including tying to Duke Energy. Now I have an application where I can watch my usage vs my solar production, which is quite handy!I'm not used to people being so customer-oriented and honest, so this was a delight as well as the right thing to do.

Working with the Yes Solar Team was a pleasure. They scoped out the project, explained all of the technical details and installation sequence, and provided a reasonable quote. The installation took place on an unusually snowy day in Raleigh, but the work proceeded without delay. All work was completed in one day. All of the people on the installation crew were professional and courteous.The only issue was the explanation of how the Duke Energy rebate was going to work. After some discussion the Yes Solar team was able to satisfy my concerns. I'm now saving money every day.

Yes Solar installed 47 panels with a 10 kw inverter on my shop. They handled all the permitting and planning. The Yes Solar personnel from top to bottom were totally professional and courteous. The planning and installation went without a hitch. My inverter failed about 6 months in but was replaced under warranty hassle free. I am totally satisfied with the service and the product I received. The online monitoring is also great.

A great and professional company from start to finish! All of our questions were answered and everything was explained in great detail in their system proposal. They even helped us in customizing our final system to be sure all of our current needs and future plans would be met. Installation was very professional and the system is exceeding our expectations. After installation we were personally met with to be sure all of our expectations and needs were met and to gather any recommendations we may have to make the experience even better for future clients. A highly recommended company!
