This company has very poor customer service skill. My company had a sign that was no longer functional due to some electrical issues. So they came out twice to look at our sign and both times they told us that they were/will get shocked if they work on the sign. Because of the signs proximity to the power lines. Yet the second time they came out they didn't even go back up in their cherry picker, they flat out said they will get shocked. So I talked with one of there service reps Eric Jacobs. and he told me my company needed to get a power line crew out to my location to get the power line insulated. Then when i asked what kind of numbers are we looking at, all he would tell me is that he would get back to me with a price. So this guy put us off for over a month. And I called him several times and got the same story. So I was forced to take matters into my own hands and start calling around to figure what it would cost to insulate the power lines I was told by a guy with Wasatch electric that it would cost my company $5000.0 per day to insulate those lines. But from what I told him on what was going on he told me that my problem was a grounding issue and not a power line issue. So I was reffered to a company called baker signs. And they came out and looked at the sign and got it fixed all in the same day. And not once did they get shocked. I highly recommend to stay away from yesco. All they will do is stone wall you. My company will never use yesco ever again.
