Client Review on Zee Dee Touch

These guys are the worst! We got them through ikea and wile the ikea items were good quality the service of Zee Dee Touch was horrible! Dillan is beyond lazy and Boban never replys to your calls and texts. They installed our floors unevenly to start off with and did not listen to any of our requests. I had asked for any extra tile cuttings to be saved and not tossed away. Since we needed the left overs for another home improvement project. Well guess what I saved from the garbage late at night.....it was always yes we will then I would come home to find out nothing had been done as I had asked. We had asked them to enlarge an opening from the kitchen to the dinning room which they did but it was uneven and they did not put a base board as we asked them to do. We asked them to correct it but they just did not do it. So my husband had to fix it him self. Then when I came home I saw paint spatter on my walls and the same spatter on the contractor's file folder and clothing. I asked him where it came from and he just said it was already there. So I pointed to his folder and he just ignored me. We left and honest review with ikea about zeedee touch's service and zeedee touch sent me and my husband two very long nasty text messages! Very unprofessional and sloppy craftsmanship, go with another company!
