Rental scooter. Wilmington, NC. Great service and a good price! From start to finish they were very helpful! Christine was the rental agent that helped me. From first call to get information on their scooter rentals to the final drop off she was professional, patient and kind. The only reason I can't give five stars is the companies delivery issue for the rental. I was in the Jacksonville area for my son's wedding celebration and I had to take the time to go pick up the scooter because delivery to Jacksonville was much more than I could have guessed or could afford. However, when we arrived Christine took the time to show us and be sure my son and myself understood how to use it and how to take it apart for moving it in my SUV. She made the process very easy. When it was time to return it, my original arrangements had been changed and in order to return it I was faced with having to miss half of my last day with my family and not have the scooter to get around for my last evening. Christine went way beyond customer service expectations by working with me and arranging a plan with my son for return that meant I didn't have to miss my family time! She used her personal time to talk with me and help work things out for us! It was a huge gift to me and to my family! A great blessing! The only flaw in Mobility 101 rental is not the good people who work there, but a company issue of not having a delivery service that could be used for customers in surrounding areas. It would be a great service for people on vacation, visiting or just wanting to try them out. Having the scooter while I was visiting gave me fantastic independence to enjoy the area and take my service dog out to exercise on my own. It was so great to be able to enjoy time in beautiful NC that I couldn't have without it. I highly recommend Mobility 101 and I look forward to working with Christine again on my next visit! CS

Our new lift is everything 101 mobility promised. Leigh was wonderful and very knowledgeable about all our options and which ones would work the best for our needs and location. The installment guys were very nife and did a fantastic job. They took the time to go over how the machine worked as well as the warrenty. We were able to install a lift in about 2 weeks and time was at an essential factor for us. Thank you to everyone at 101 mobility.

101 Mobility located in Wilmington has been a great help to me. A different company sold me my wheelchair and refused to come out and do an essential repair. This company, not only sent out a wonderful, polite technician but didn't charge me for the service visit. I would like to recognize Christine, who made the arrangements and Robert who made sure that the wheelchair was working perfectly. Great company!

101 Mobility was the perfect service to provide my Dad with a lift chair during our vacations. Christine was a pleasure to work with, and went over and beyond to help my family out! I cannot thank her enough! We always order lift chairs for my Dad when we travel due to his knees, and 101 mobility has exceeded any other company we have worked with throughout the country. They are professional, prompt, and their lift chairs are in top shape. I would recommend anyone to use 101 mobility!! Trust me, you will not be disappointed. Ask for Christine if you are in the Wilmington area, She is the BEST! We are repeat customers and will be continuing to work with them in the future. In a panic, I contacted 101 Mobility very late in the afternoon urgently looking for a wheelchair to use to transport my 86-year old mother on a vacation. (My previous arrangements had fall through.) Mobility 101 had one wheelchair left. Christine knew that I was distraught and allowed me to take it home to make certain it would work for my mother. Her compassion and care were so much appreciated.

Mobility 101 Wilmington has been very helpful in providing advice & installing a wheelchair ramp with only 2 days notice. They also have helped with wheelchair leg rests when I couldn't match my own. I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing mobility assistance as they really helped me take care of my wife with minimal complications & cost.

Thank you to the Mobility 101 of Wilmington, North Carolina for all their help with installing a handicap ramp to our stage in our Ballroom! I am a Catering Sales Manager at a hotel and had been working with a client who required a handicap ramp for our existing stage for a speaker during a dinner program. I had the pleasure of working with Christine Brenner and she made the booking process so easy and worked with the time constraints that we were under to set the room in time for a dinner and meeting to follow- despite being outside of normal business hours. The technician, Mitch, arrived 30 minutes prior to ensure all equipment was staged for the "tight turn" of the ballroom. Mitch was very efficient in the setup and the client was very impressed. We look forward to working with Mobility 101 in the future!

Quality and installation excellent. Techs were very knowledgeable.However if you do not live in the Wilmington area and you have a problem that is not covered by warranty. Find a tech that is closer.It cost me $245.00 to change fuse. My falt fuse blew. They charged round trip milage.
