Absolutely very unprofessional company. They were recommended very highly by my cousin. They came and evaluated my house and gave their proposal but wanted me 1st to do lead/asbestos testing and recommended me another company to do that before they can start. They never communicated the issues w/ the other company and the other company couldn't do the work and wasted all this time, then another company and the same thing. i called back 911 restoration to see if they can set up their ladder so these workers can do the testing which only takes about 1-2 hrs max and then 911 can get started the next day. I had to call multiple time and each time, i have to explain my house and the person on the phone had no clue about my case. I kept being told that some one is going to call me. This last time, i was told that i would get a call back in 10 minute and the whole day went by and no one called me. they wasted my time for 3 wks and i could've had my house fixed in this time. Never going back to them. save your time and $, look for another company

Fraudulent/immoral company at all levels, utilizing liens to extort you during their endless supplemental and fraudulent bills of work they never accomplished. This is their entire business model, read reviews outside of google. Save yourself 6 months of torment and DO NOT USE 911 restoration.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable company. They never cut corners and inform you exactly what needs to be done without extra added costs for services not required as some companies may do. If I ever need this sort of service again, this is the company I'd call!

Thank you for such a great service. This company restored my house from water damage in very quick and efficient way. The price was reasonable and staff was very nice and friendly.

I wasnt the person who hired them...but the tenant who had no control over the hires. The workers who did the actual reconstructionwere pretty good. I had packed up a lot and was out sue to ill ess from mold, a d when I left no one could tell me whether how much was going to be replaced. 911 Restoration claimed thwy hadnto put stuff in their storage frequently, and a POD was hired for the front of the building. However, after unpacking, finding LOTS of things missing, first of all my emergency kit, which probably had 200 dollars worth of materials in it. I was told ALL of my belongins would be put in the POD, but tall silk trees, chairs, my tv and bags of belongings were placed in my back yard. Broken items found after they left, lost materials (a large TV table). The supervisor, K, was irritated with me at the end, as I was asking well ,where is this stuff? He promised to have my apt looking as good as it did before. BS. He just wanted to get out. At one point not talking to me cuz didnt like that I was confronting him about items. Found out that they didnt finish putting up shelves and painting in hall closet. They were contacted and they never responded back.

Brett came months after the fact to finish up some minor items on a property that was not inhabited. I was shocked when he said"I'll be happy to take care of that". Great customer care. It was appreciated.

They are one skilled company I have dealt with over at my apartments. Whenever I water damage problem I have always called them and they are never late. In time and affordable

My laundry and dry cleaning were flooded with water after one of my employee forgot to turn of the main water control pip. We inured some losses we made sure that we called them to remove the water using their powerful pumps and vacuums during the water removal process. You are the best.

Pipes taking water to my basement were leaking and I saw that they could burst due to the excessive pressure. In order to mitigate the situation I gave them a call and they came to asses the situation before giving me the quote. They really did a great job.

Professional service. This company is on time, responsive and will help you with all your needs.This is the first time I write a review on yelp. This company and ALL the employees deserve five stars! Janet Juarez was always professional, making sure I understood the process of what was happening. If I needed additional help or clarification she was ALWAYS there for me. I will always use 911 for any of my emergencies. I am a very satisfied costumer.
