Absolutely very unprofessional company. They were recommended very highly by my cousin. They came and evaluated my house and gave their proposal but wanted me 1st to do lead/asbestos testing and recommended me another company to do that before they can start. They never communicated the issues w/ the other company and the other company couldn't do the work and wasted all this time, then another company and the same thing. i called back 911 restoration to see if they can set up their ladder so these workers can do the testing which only takes about 1-2 hrs max and then 911 can get started the next day. I had to call multiple time and each time, i have to explain my house and the person on the phone had no clue about my case. I kept being told that some one is going to call me. This last time, i was told that i would get a call back in 10 minute and the whole day went by and no one called me. they wasted my time for 3 wks and i could've had my house fixed in this time. Never going back to them. save your time and $, look for another company
