You are advertising the beyond meat burger and yet none of your stores have any?? I walked 2 miles to get one and came home with nothing. I don't eat meat. Rest assured I will not be back to any A&W ever. What a huge waste of time. So go ahead with your major promotion of food I can't buy.

If I could give no stars that's what my true rating of this place is. just ordered two teen Burgers on one I ask for no lettuce,no tomato,no onion........... and they put on onions anyway! isn't that nice? it's supposed to be about the customer and customer service but these guys have none. every single time I go there they mess up the order. what is going on A&W? can you not train your workers properly? you want people's hard-earned money but you don't want to give them quality. something wrong with that picture A&W pull up your socks! by the way A&W corporate if you actually are reading this the store that I'm speaking about is Guelph Ontario and the store number is 4588

I ordered a Grill Chicken Burger. I got a old bun and packed with lettuce and one strip of chicken!! 😡😡😡 if I could post a pic I would. How about spending your money on training your employees instead of commercials

They've changed the meat in their Teen Burgers for the promotion - it's not beef, it's tan in color and has an oily residue. Really shocked that they'd do this when they promote the quality of the beet. The patty was perfectly round, was thinner and smaller than normal.Purchased at the 7330 King George location. DISGUSTING.

I just wanted to inform you people that your trainers you have are degrading to the staff they are training. I had the pleasure of having seema and connie train myself at the salsibury store. You call them trainers i was afraid to ask questions in fear they would yell at me once again. They yell at all of us all the time even in front of customer really professional people you have right there. I would never darken your business again nor would i recommend people to go there for employment. Was really hoping this would of worked out for myself but i must say that was the worst experience in my 50 years i have ever had.. Hope you retrain them on degrading people...

Went into A&W (Kamloops Northshore on Fortune Drive) on Sunday and ordered some Buddy Burgers, onion rings, fries, drinks and a couple of other things. I was driving so a little behind everybody else in eating. Ate a couple of onion rings then had my son open up my Buddy Burger to put ketchup on it. Right in the middle of the burger was a big black disgusting hair. Totally turned me off of my lunch. Was too far on the highway to turn back. Monday, late afternoon, on my way back I stopped by to return the burger and onion rings. I drove up to the drive thru window and asked to speak to the manager. The young lady said the manager was not available but she was the supervisor. I gave her the bag with my completely uneaten Buddy Burger (hair included) and my order of onion rings (minus a few) and explained the situation. I said I wanted 3 teen burgers for my kids and to take the price of the Buddy burger off of the teen burgers. She said, "I am not allowed to give a refund and I can only give you back a Buddy Burger." I told her I was grossed out by the Buddy Burger and would never eat another one, and wanted three Teen Burgers for my children. She said, "Sorry, that is all I can do." I cancelled the teen burgers, took back the bag, and thought I would call Tuesday when the manager was in. I called on Tuesday and spoke to Fran, the manager. She asked if I had a receipt. I explained that when the supervisor took the bag she kept the receipt. Fran wanted to know what time I was there and the exact order. She said she would have to look up the order to have proof of it, and then she told me she could only give me a refund for the burger, not the onion rings. Are you kidding me? Do you think I went dumpster diving and found an uneaten Buddy Burger to return for the two dollars? I'm sorry, what the hell ever happened to customer service. I did not cook the dam burger, your unsanitary establishment served it to me. When you serve someone food and it has a big black hair cooked into it, I would think that it would be a very simple, "I am so sorry, here is your money back," (including the onion rings I didn't eat when I lost my appetite) or perhaps even go one step better and say, (when I am ordering 3 teen burgers) - "one teen burger is on us for your time, hassle and dissatisfaction." That is how you should treat a customer! What the hell is with the interrogation? It's a two dollar hamburger for god sake. I would be more concerned about who in my establishment was not wearing a hair net, or how we got hair in someone's burger, not what time they purchased it and what else they bought with it so you can find a receipt. I will never again step foot inside your A&W and will freely tell people of your unsanitary conditions. ...
