Zero rating would be a compliment! Their name alone is completely wrong! They are the least caring and most unprofessional company we have dealt with in the past 6 years of needing PCA care! They do not know how to communicate with their clients, which has ended up leaving the client in bed all day without any contact from the company!

I am appalled by the completely unprofessional conduct by the office employees. We found our own PCA and used this company as our agency. They made a big mistake with our annual evaluation. Their employee tells me this and admits his mistake, then calls me a day or two later asking about the evaluation AGAIN (apparently forgetting HE made a huge mistake, wasted my time and caused my son to lose his services due to this mistake) after we already had an extensive conversation about it. The same employee calls me multiple times to take actions on my end to fix his mistake. I do that and they sit on the evaluation for almost two months and don't submit it to the insurance company for approval. They also said they would pay my PCA for a few of her hours she worked because it was their mistake that was causing the holdup. In the meantime I have called multiple times to figure it out and don't receive a call back at all! Funny how when they want me to fix their mistake I get calls multiple times a week, but when I am trying to get them to do their job I get passed off/ignored!! I even called to speak to the person in charge (who I have spoken with before he always seems nice and answered questions well) and I got sent to someone else completely by the receptionist. We are switching companies and I would never recommend Caring "professionals" to anyone! To the person in charge there ( he knows who he is) you seem great but you really need to get employees that actually DO THEIR JOB! Losing us as a client was completely preventable!

Serious communication issues between caring pro & their employees , unorganized one person says this and the next person is telling you different .. they hire anybody though so if you need a job go apply they won't turn anybody down but on the bright side I meet some life changing clients

We have used Caring Professionals for the past year. Compared to Hmong Home Health where we started, they are 100 times easier to work with. The caveat may be that we brought two of Hmong Home Health Care's best PCA's with us. The part we like is that we can work with our two PCA's, manage schedules when they have to cover for each other. They are allowed to drive, so this has been on occasion helpful when Charles needed to be driven to a mall in snowy weather in order to do his walking exercise. Todd is the owner and he listens well to requests and worked very hard with us to make the original transfer of agencies easy.

They will hire just about any one there workers are not train well. From what I see they can't even keep long term workers. I switching to a new company soon.

They are a very poor agency..Nobody is on the same page with ANYTHING...Understaffed and UNGMANAGED..Dont recommend
