** 2nd update: I can't believe the reply from the owner. How can you say I'm unreliable and inconsistent? You're replying to this review a month after the original post. How reliable does that make you? I couldn't even come into the office to address my initial concerns before I wrote the first update because your office is nonexistent. The address on file takes you to publix grocery story. I've already found a great job with a great family and a awesome, reliable, dependable, and REAL agency. I guess I should have listened to my other nanny colleagues when they warned me about how unprofessional and unrealistic this agency is. Have a good day and I'm wishing y'all the best. * Update: I just received a call from Lenore and we had a discussion about jobs. They did receive my information, calls, and emails. Lenore then asked about my online review and said "How do you think that negative review will help you" I told her it was truthful and my honest opinion.Today (9.20.18) I received emails stating that I'm no longer being considered as a candidate with their company. Wow this company is a joke. I would recommend them to anyone I know. I'm being very generous giving them two stars instead of one. I've been calling for about 8-10 days, left multiple messages and emails, and I've still not gotten a call back. I received an email stating to fill out the online application 7 times which I've stated in all of my replies and voicemails that I've already completed it. I finally received an email with some available families and chose the ones that will work for me and my family. I then again called this Monday morning and still no answer. I don't know if I want to work with a company who simply can't answer the phone or respond in a timely manner.
