Client Review on A+ Nannies

Things got off to a rocky start with A+ nannies finding placement for me with a family. There was a huge miscommunication that eventually got resolved. However, while working with the family I was finally assigned to, I immediately knew it would not last. I can not enumerate all the personal issues I felt uncomfortable with while working with this family, but I stuck it out anyway, hoping things would get better with time. HUGE MISTAKE on my end! About 3 months into working for the family, I was let go. Prior to that, I saw A+ nannies post emails about the family...WHILE I WAS WORKING FOR THEM..saying they were in search of a nanny. Very underhanded business in my eyes! Once I saw that job search I started looking for other work myself hoping to find something else in time, unfortunately, I did not. When I worked with another nanny source back home, the rules were; if a nanny or family did not fit one another’s liking for whatever reason, both parties had to inform the agency and both parties had to inform each other of their decision to part ways. This, giving whichever party [family or nanny] a 2 week notice ahead of time that this was happening so neither of them would go without nanny serve or a job. The moment this nanny agency received word that either party changed their mind they immediately got on top of helping to find another family or nanny as soon as possible. That company fought for their families and nannies in events such as these so that everyone of their customers were happy and comfortable. A+ nanny should take notes! The family I was working with and A+ nannies were inconsiderate, and in my eyes, failed miserably. I’d never work for this company again. Sorry I ever did!
