I NEVER received products or services from my local Aarons but was charged as such. After calling and asking to speak to a store, district or regional manager to discuss a refund everyone ping ponged me to customer service who was no help as well. Now. Almost 3 weeks later. No one still has contacted me about a refund or confirmed that the automatic Bill pay was cancelled for items items I DO NOT HAVE. THIS COMPANY HAS STAFF THAT IS COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY AWARE OF THINGS ON A STORE LEVEL AS WELL CORPORATE LEVEL. TO ALL MY HARD WORKING PEOPLE PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FOR YOU TOO WILL BE CHARGED FOR ITEMS YOU'LL NEVER GET!!

The Aarons I have furniture through is absolutely ridiculous. They have continued to take money out of my account without my consent. I have asked on 4 occasions to stop and they assure me that money will not be taken out unless I call it in. Well this is not true. I am sick of this company and will never do business with them again!!!!

This is for the Saginaw tx location. I've had a horrible experience and I've had my tv for only 4 days! My husband surprised me and bought us a 55in flat screen. It came in that Friday and the guy hits the tv on the stair railing. When we told him to be careful he yelled at us. When he got inside we asked for him to set it on a dresser for us since my husband couldn't bend over. He gave us a lame ass excuse threw the remote and left. We set it up and noticed he dinged it up with the screen. They told us they would take our old one and give us a replacement when we called. That Tuesday someone came to get it and didn't have a replacement. We called AGAIN and they told us someone would be with our replacement within 15 minutes. 15 minutes passed nothing. Called again and they said 10 minutes. 10 minutes passed nothing. Called again and they said at 9. It 1as 10 and we rescheduled for Wednesday. Wednesday came and I had to rush my husband to the ER. They kept delaying it. They told us they will be here between 3 and 8 today. If they don't come today I'm canceling. We aren't paying 70 a month for a tv if we can't use it. Please don't waste your time here. The people are rude and lazy. Customer service is terrible and i have no good words for them. They won't even give us a refund because they say we were the one that damaged everything.

I recently rented a Maytag XL Washer/Dryer Atlanta sw location... Which did not spin out the water...called the store..manager told me..we don't have manuals or dryer vents nor do we hook up washers. After the guys had delivered the set and left. He said they'd come back and check it. No, they did not EVER return. I called 4 days later telling them(female worker) the washer was leaking. She said a manager would call and set up a maintenance call. That NEVER happened. I got frustrated and called for them to come get thier property I wasn't happy with the equipment nor thier service. I was promptly advised this would affect me renting from them in the future, seeing as how I had not kept the set for 2 months.My response was I won't be doing any more business with them. I have since called 3 separate times requesting them to pick up the set. Each time, it's as if I'm calling fo the 1st time. Now they have the nerve to call and tell me I'm late with the payment. No payment is coming from me! I looked at the washer to see where the leak was coming from...they used an old hose and it was leaking from the metal part. I took pictures and plan to show them what the issue was...they are crap! I believe this set was used and re sold or re rented as new.

This place really needs to shut down. I'm going to call our local news channel and get them involved see why can't get answers from local management or corporation. Please people don't waste your hard earn money with these people...They sell junk and won't let you trade it in when you have them over a month to fix or replace and had 3 no call no shows with my fridge. They bring a old man from another state to do repairs he showed up 1 time didn't fix the water ruining all over the inside my fridge and all over floor told he coming 3 times nope never seen that man again then we will pick up give loaner nope never happen.I'm fixing to throw it out the front yard see how long it take them to come pick up.

Even if it isn't your account Aaron's will harass you if you are a caller on the account. Aaron's in Mansfield has been coming to my house TRESPASSING going into my backyard. Coming after/before business hours at my house snooping around illegally. It is NOT my account and I have to file POLICE REPORTS on them. They have come to my place of work to harass me about an account that has nothing to do with me. RIDICULOUS!! NEVER RENT FROM THEM!
