Had an extremely difficult time with communication with this company. Took my car in several weeks ago to repair 2 wheels that had curb rash. Was very specific that I needed to pick up the car the next day to go to the airport. Was assured over the phone and in-person that it would be ready. Showed up the next day, they didn't have the right materials to do the job, and no one called to inform me. I took the car, and called a week later when I got back. I sat on the phone for 20 minutes before they came back and said no one that was on-site could confirm if the materials were available, but the Operations Manager would be in at 4:30 and would call me with an update. Still no call, 2 weeks later. Disappointed in the complete lack of communication, and based on the other reviews it's only when there's a deviation from standard fixes that issues come into play. Can't recommend based on my experience.

These guys are awesome! The best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! I had my wheel repaired on my 2018 Sonata in September 2018. The repair and paint looked great at that time. Year goes by and I notice a slight difference in color from the original wheels, so I contacted the shop. Management and staff listened to my concerns and immediately took action to fix my wheel. Ultimately it's the people and work that matter and I'm very happy with how everything turned out. I fully recommend them for any wheel & tire needs!

Great service and great people!!! I was referred by my insurance company in order to have some curb rash repaired on my brand new Hyundai Santa Fe. The technician came to my workplace and had my wheel fixed within an hour, and it looks great!!! Thanks so much.

Bottom line, outstanding service. I hit a piece of wood on the highway and bent both rims on driver’s side. (19 in alloy wheels going 65-70mph) I set up an appointment for mobile repair. They came out even as Hurricane Micheal was approaching Columbus GA. The tech was a pro and was happy to explain the process, etc. He determined they were too bent to fix with mobile so took them back to the main shop. They came back as good as new the next day. Very impressed, don’t get service like this much these days.

My mechanic told me all 4 wheels needed to be reconditioned. I bought my car used and thought the vibration I felt was due to the tires but it turns out to be the wheels. After hitting a curb myself, apparently it was one hit too much... I chose this shop because it was near my home and they responded quickly to my inquiries with a fair price. The wheels were completely reconditioned and balanced beautifully in a day. Very nice and helpful staff. I drive a Nissan Maxima SV Sport, not an exotic car by any stretch, but I feel like it received the same attention! The car rode as smooth as silk on the highway (at a higher than legal speed)! Highly recommended!

This place is absolutely amazing! I am very very picky about stuff when it comes to my car. I dropped off my car in the afternoon and it was ready the next morning! The staff was amazing and offered me coffee and the lounge area to watch ESPN and they even let me use one of their iPhone chargers to charge my phone! Now that is customer service! I friend of mine recommend I speak to Alex one of the salesman and he texted me and explained all the details and what to expect and was very open and honest.I picked up my car today and man my wheels look brand new!!! I had curb rash on two that had to be repaired and I got all four powder coated gloss black! They look better than the pictures online and are only better in person!I am blown away by this company as they went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations! I will be sending all of my car buddies and friends to them because of this! Thank you guys ! I am very happy with how everything turned out!
