They thought they credited my deposit back twice so they charged my debit card to make up for the difference. Discovered they only credited my deposit back once. I took my bank statements down to them to prove this and they still refused to give me back my deposit. Had to go as far as disputing it with my bank to try and get my money. Still waiting for my money/deposit.

Great Enterprise location, service staff is really friendly and goes above and beyond to make you satisfied. You leave happy and they upgrade once in a while which helps.

Excellent service. Car was clean and ready to go when I arrived early to pick it up. Staff was very friendly and attentive to all details.

We reached the place at 1.15 pm today (7/15/2018) and the place was closed even when the sign on the door says it is supposed to be open from 12pm to 3pm on weekends. The place was closed yesterday as well but we had reached after 1 pm so that made sense. But since we had seen that sign on the door and came back today, nobody was there. This is not at all acceptable.

Called to reserve a call this morning at 7:30 a.m. Spoke to the national hotline and they told me 2 were available. Allowed me to book a car. 20 minutes later, I received a call from the Ames office confirming my rental. 6 hours later I got a call (90 minutes before my pick-up time) stating no vehicles were available. I asked if they could have gotten one in the 6 hours between my reservation, confirmation and when they called me back and they said "no, no cars." I asked what they could do for me (maybe a free rental in future, etc). "I can call you if we get a car, but we wont." Not helpful. Especially since I had a reservation AND then a confirmation from the location itself.

The car was available and staff were courteous. The problem was I returned the car well under 24 hours (21 hours to be precise) and still they charged me for 2 days. I called them and they said they will fix it. It's been almost 3 weeks since and still the reimbursement has not been made. Disappointed that I have to make a call again to fix.
