Ten minutes on hold for customer service representative to find out if a room was available. Representative had such a heavy accent (Indian I believe) that I could barely understand her. Web site the pits. Slow to load, hard to navigate, and - hard to believe - no email address to contact them. Seems as if they want to make it as difficult as possible to do business with them.
