I go here all the time for service and never once had any issue with these these guys until today ... well I needed brakes and oil done and was told a price and had the car prepaid bc I didn’t know who was picking up the car or how long it would take ... Well anyways once it was done, I get to the counter and was like we owe any extra and they SAID “Nope , you’re actually getting a refund of 173 dollars” ... I about fell on the floor ... literally never had a place be so professional about a situation regarding over charging it felt nice to get this but even better a company you can really rely on ! AUTO LAB AVON ROCKS!!!!!!!

I'll never come here again. Provided services that I didn't need and charged me a fortune for it. I think they did something to my vehicle (in a bad way) because it isn't driving the the same. Shady very shady! They're probably good at the simple stuff like brakes and rotors but if your car has complicated problems they won't be able to figure it out and will likely make it worst then pretend like it was another issue that they should have determined in the beginning. Amateurs pretending to be legit! I've seen business like this come and go and if not the business the ratchet scheming employees. Do not ignore the one star reviews of other customers complaining it just may be you writing one after wasting your time coming here!

I had my brakes and rotors done there. The cost was over $700 for a Dodge Journey. I had to take it back 3 times after the initial service for them to fix it properly. The brakes kept squeaking and they had to order new rotors and brakes on the final attempt and finally got it rt. They said someone was quitting and he must have done a bad job. I wouldn’t go back to this place at all! They are expensive and not trustworthy.

As a single mom with three kids life can be hard I just want to give my thanks to Sean at AutoLab for his gratitude timely service I can’t thank him or autolab enough I had to pick my daughter up from school had an issue when I was at Kroger they got me in got me done in time for me to go pick my daughter up from school thanks again auto lab highly recommend this business.

I am new to the state and went looking for a auto shop to do regular maintenance and oil changes. when i arrived as a walk in (very close to closing time) they were unable to get me in that day so set me an appt for the next day. When i arrived the next day Sean took care of me right away and was absolutely wonderful!!! I will be using this place for my auto needs moving forward and highly recommend them to all!
