**UPDATE**I was called by Shawn about an hour after I left the review. He offered me compensation for my issue. As of right now it has been settled.I was scheduled to have an appoint at 2pm. I arrived a few minutes before and was told that no one put it in the system. They were able to work me in and took the car back to the service area. I was scheduled to have an alignment done on a newer vehicle. After 40 minutes, one of the representatives told me that their system was not up to date and that they would not be able to perform the service. Further, once they got the vehicle back to me it had an odor of old food and cigarette smoke.
